And the International Pasta Festival, running April 28-May 1, 2017 at Lingotto Fiere (Turin) is celebrating the wide range of flavors and styles of Italy’s favorite carb.
Coming in a thousand shapes and sizes, produced by corporations with a global reach or made at by nonna at home, stacked and baked or simply dressed with oil and garlic, the Italian tradition of pasta is as varied as the cuisines of the 20 regions found on the peninsula. The International Pasta Festival will explore these variations, highlighting both traditional and innovative recipes.
The free festival will include tastings and demonstrations from 25 different pastifici, pasta makers, from all over il Bel Paese. The venue is easily reachable by public transit or by car. Further details can be found on the Pasta Festival’s Facebook page.
